The trait tool consists of 127 questions and reports back on 13 key areas of trait that have been shown to be important in the work context and typically takes 15 minutes to complete.

On completion of the online assessment, your results will be compared to a norm group of 1723 people from the general UK population to give you an accurate understanding of where your development needs are likely to be.

Although this online assessment alone will generate a report, it is strongly recommended to use this report in conjunction with one of our online skype development sessions where borderline trait reporting can be professionally explored to help provide a more accurate and totally bespoke development report for your personal development.

The feedback sessions are going to be conducted over Skype. However, should a 1 on 1 coaching session be of interest, this can also be arranged by through mutual logistical agreement.

The feedback session is provided by a Level A and B qualified practitioner (British Psychological Society) and a trained associate consultant of Aston Business Assessments.

The NEO PI-R is recognised internationally as a gold standard for personality assessment. The NEO PI-R is a measure of the five major domains of personality as well as the six facets that define each domain. Taken together, the five domain scales and thirty facet scales of the NEO PI-R facilitate a comprehensive and detailed assessment of normal adult personality.

The five major factors of personality are :-

Neuroticism: identifies individuals who are prone to psychological distress
Extraversion: quantity and intensity of energy directed outwards into the social world
Openness to Experience: the active seeking and appreciation of experiences for their own sake
Agreeableness: the kinds of interactions an individual prefers from compassion to tough mindedness
Conscientiousness: degree of organisation, persistence, control and motivation in goal-directed behaviour

This cost includes a comprehensive written feedback based on the responses to the questionnaire that you complete online.
